A large impressive domed topped serving dish on four scroll feet with a retractable dome.This style of serving dish would mostly be found on a breakfast buffet table of a large country house.
 
Condition is very good, the domed lid retracts well, the silver plate is in very good condition apart from a small circle of wear on the lid of approx 1cm x1cm ,which because of its size doesn't detract from the grander of this piece.
